Here at Duncombe Sawmill we have been closely following guidance from the government with regards to COVID-19 and we wanted to update you on the actions we are taking to protect our staff, clients and suppliers.

Our duty of care to our team and our community means that we are fully supporting the Government’s social distancing strategy. We hope that you understand this.

We took the decision yesterday to limit exposure to our customers and suppliers.  For our customers, we are taking orders over the phone, by email or via our online shop.  We are offering reduced price delivery in our local area so that customers do not need to leave their homes and we are trying to do as many site visits as possible “virtually”, by the use of an information pack and guidance over the phone.

We are now arranging for all meetings with suppliers and consultants to be conducted remotely.

For us, it is business as usual, just in a different way. We have customers to support and orders to manufacture and to deliver.

Our team will do all that they can to not let you down at this difficult time for us all.
